Stop by today to do my top off service, they ask me to drive closely to the lube lane and my car not parked on flat to the ground . A guy check my oil level said that I still have enough oil even though I have 60% oil life left . This is pretty tricky: I showed to the guy my invoice and he says please hold. And he come back ask me to park closely to the lube lane. So my car not flat to the grounds . He also said every one likes free stuff . They only adding 2 quarts of oil , there is really no point of arguing the people who is not that honest.

Upon arrival, the staff got started on my car right away. They provided clear pricing, explained their recommendations for additional services, and were friendly and professional from start to finish. I was in and out in under 20 minutes and happily on my way. I would definitely recommend them!

The 2 stars are only for Chris and Julian… would be 5 but the manager ruined it. I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated during my recent visit. I have always enjoyed coming here and have been a loyal customer, which makes this experience even more upsetting. The manager, Damien, repeatedly accused me of lying about having my oil changed at this location, even though I have my receipt as proof. Instead of listening to me or treating me with respect, I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the interaction. What made the situation even worse was that while he was underneath my car trying to figure out what he was doing, he was laughing, which came across as mocking and unprofessional. As a customer, that was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing. I never expected to be treated this way by a business I had trusted for years. Unfortunately, because of Damien’s behavior, you have lost a loyal customer. I will no longer be returning, and I cannot recommend your company to my friends or family after this experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other customer has to go through the same level of disrespect.

Today I went to Oil Changers for an oil change, and I had a great experience. I was greeted right away, and the team was friendly, professional, and polite throughout the visit. They clearly explained the services my vehicle needed and completed the oil change while I watched, which gave me confidence in the work they were doing. Overall, it was a smooth and transparent experience, and I would definitely recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I highly recommend this place. I went in to have an oil changed and these guys went above and beyond by checking my air filter, checking my liquids. Also they check my signal light and headlights functions. They assured me that when I left that place I was in safe mode condition. The people there were so friendly, I felt as if I have known them for quite a while. They’re very professional individuals who take their job very serious and the quality of customer service was phenomenal. I give them a 10 star if I could but five is the highest and I would recommend them to any of my friends and anybody who need an oil change or a service call for their vehicle. Thanks guys once again you’re so knowledgeable in your professional attitude. I will come back more often to do my oil change. Never felt the friendliness that I felt by visiting this place.
